§ 1 Scope
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the "LiveShow Creator" app family (consisting of LiveShow Creator, LiveShow Director, LiveShow Monitor, LiveShow Camera, LiveShow Reporter and LiveShow Screen) and the associated website liveshowcreator.com, provided by:
By downloading, installing or using one or more apps of the LiveShow Creator family, the user accepts these Terms.
§ 2 Description of services
The LiveShow Creator app family enables the mobile production of live video content, including:
- Multi-camera control across several iOS devices
- Live streaming to various platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, custom RTMP and others)
- Video recording in Full HD quality, on supported devices also in Apple ProRes
- Augmented-reality-based virtual monitor
- Automatic switching (AutoCut) using AI speaker detection
- Graphic overlays (lower thirds)
- Teleprompter function
- Live direction via the Director app
- Remote guests via the Reporter app
- Mac screen sharing via the Screen app
The exact scope of functions depends on the respective app and the subscription chosen.
§ 3 System requirements
The following minimum requirements apply to the use of the apps:
- iPhone, iPad or Mac running iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26 or newer
- For multi-camera functions: several compatible Apple devices on the same Wi-Fi network
- For live streaming: a stable internet connection (recommended: at least 10 Mbit/s upload)
The provider does not guarantee compatibility with all device models or network configurations.
§ 4 Conclusion of contract and registration
The contract for the use of the apps is concluded upon downloading the app from the Apple App Store and accepting these Terms. Separate registration is not required.
§ 5 Prices and payment terms
The basic version of the app is free to use. Extended functions are available via paid subscriptions.
Subscription tiers
- SOLO: €9.99 per month or €99 per year
- PRO: €29.99 per month or €299 per year
- STUDIO: €49.99 per month or €499 per year
The scope of functions included in each tier is presented in the app and on the website. New users may use a 3-day free trial; after it expires, the trial automatically converts into the selected paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand. The prices displayed in the Apple App Store at the time of purchase are decisive. The companion apps (Camera, Director, Monitor, Reporter) are free of charge; depending on the function, their use requires an active subscription in the Creator app.
Processing via Apple
All payments are processed via the Apple App Store and Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple's terms of use apply in addition. The provider has no access to the user's payment data.
Subscription renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the respective billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.
Cancellation
Subscriptions are cancelled via the subscription management in the settings of the Apple device or via the Apple App Store. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid term.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
For digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if the provider has begun performing the contract after the consumer has expressly consented and simultaneously confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal.
Apple's refund policies apply to subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple.
§ 7 Usage rights and obligations
The provider grants the user a simple, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the apps within the scope of these Terms.
The user undertakes:
- Not to decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the apps
- Not to use the apps for unlawful purposes
- Not to stream or record content that violates applicable law
- To respect the rights of third parties (in particular copyrights and personal rights)
- Not to use the apps in a way that impairs the infrastructure of the provider or third parties
§ 8 User content
The user is solely responsible for all content they create, record or stream with the apps. The provider accepts no liability for user-generated content.
The user indemnifies the provider against all third-party claims asserted on the basis of the user's content.
§ 9 Availability and warranty
The provider endeavours to keep the apps and associated services available with as little interruption as possible. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. In particular, availability may be limited by maintenance work, software updates or circumstances beyond the provider's control.
The quality of live streams depends on factors beyond the provider's control, in particular the user's internet connection, the hardware performance of the device used and the conditions of the target platform.
§ 10 Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Liability for the loss of data created by the user with the apps (recordings, streams) is excluded insofar as the user has failed to perform regular data backups.
The above limitations of liability also apply in favour of the provider's vicarious agents.
§ 11 Data protection
The provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
§ 12 Changes to these Terms
The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with effect for the future. The user will be informed of changes in an appropriate manner (e.g. by email, in-app notification or with an app update). If the user does not object within 30 days of receiving the notification of changes, the amended Terms are deemed accepted.
§ 13 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not withdrawn.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, the valid and enforceable provision whose effects come closest to the economic objective shall be deemed agreed.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Cologne, insofar as legally permissible.
This English translation is provided for convenience. The German version of these Terms is authoritative.
