Frequently asked questions
A companion app cannot find the Creator app?
All devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Also check that the apps are allowed to access the local network: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network. On the Mac, macOS asks for this permission on first launch.
Which app requires which subscription?
All companion apps are free. The subscription lives in the LiveShow Creator app: Camera, Screen and Reporter require PRO or STUDIO, Director and Monitor require STUDIO. Every subscription starts with a 3-day free trial.
How do I join the beta?
All apps are available via TestFlight – you can find the links on the beta page.
